A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST this
afternoon.

Snow will generally accumulate to a total of 2 to 4 inches by this
evening although a few locations could see 3 to 5 inches.
Northwest winds gusting to 25 mph can cause some blowing and
drifting snow.

Take extra care traveling today as this heavy snow episode can cause
several hazards such as reduced visibility and snow covered
slippery pavements. Allow extra time for the morning and evening
commutes to work and school.
